the estate grounds are expansive and perfect for morning walks. i particularly enjoyed exploring the manicured gardens adjacent to the main building. the staff provided clear directions and a helpful map. the architecture is amazing and adds to the tranquil setting.

the wi-fi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of my room.

the grounds are wonderful with walks. there are quite a few things to see in the area. there is a bus to totnes town which is reliable. it stops nearby.

the breakfast included excellent bread and butter! the gardens provided a lovely area to walk around, very relaxing. parking was easy, a great benefit for exploring nearby areas. i found the staff helpful when i needed assistance.

the room was like it needed some refurbishment, particularly the furniture looked a bit worn.

The hotel has a cinema and free parking. the breakfast was excellent and provided a good start to the day. i also enjoyed the beautiful gardens. It was a real treat to walk through them.

the television in my room did not function properly. this was a minor inconvenience, but i hope it gets fixed .
