The fine-dining Fernery restaurant features Douglas' 8-course signature tasting menu, which emphasizes Pembrokeshire produce and foraged herbs and vegetables. Head Sommelier Alexios Stasinopoulos provides a flight of wines to match each dish. The Artisan restaurant offers relaxed dining with seasonal food, overlooking the garden terrace and apple trees. A 3-course Sunday lunch and afternoon tea, featuring homemade sandwiches, cakes, and Jing teas, are available. Picnics can be arranged. The hotel uses ingredients from its kitchen gardens and local suppliers.
