The room was quite spacious. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found the bed comfortable. Parking was directly opposite the building (very convenient).
There was slight noise early in the morning from nearby delivery trucks.

The welcome at reception was warm and friendly (staff were very polite). The team addressed all requests quickly. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, as they gave valuable information.

The staff's attitude was great. They offered excellent service, especially at reception. breakfast was also excellent. the room was comfortable. It had a good bathroom, quality linen, and nice toiletries. free on-site parking was available, and the location was very convenient!
The room felt a little tired. It could've used a deeper clean.

the location is ideal, very close to the town centre. staff members were friendly and helpful. my room was well-equipped with luxury toiletries, which i really appreciated.
the car park was very full! so i had to find alternative parking nearby.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a bath and a shower. Molton Brown toiletries were provided in the bathroom.
My room was in the Townhouse. I found the air conditioning control broken. I had to contact staff to adjust it. There was no pool or spa.
