small rooms and self-service issues.
self-service check-incramped room
Check-in was a pain because it's all self-service, there wasn't anyone around to actually help. the room felt really cramped. My partner had to climb over me to get out of bed since it was pushed against the wall. also, there weren't any coffee or tea facilities.

I was disappointed by a couple of things. The room lacked glasses. the shower and toilet door was broken. It made things a little awkward.

the room lacked glasses for water, so i could not easily drink water in my room.

This hotel is located close to the airport terminal. The room offered a king size bed with great mattress. The lobby had sufficient areas to sit down and socialize. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The temperature was difficult to adjust to my preference. I was unable to lower the fan at nighttime. There was not kettle in the room.
