I appreciated the friendly staff. They were very helpful. The hotel's location is perfect, as it is very close to the park entrances.

The lifts were slow. I waited a long time to get to different floors. The bar service was not quick. I had to wait a while for my drinks.

I was so impressed with the seamless check in. our bags were taken care of immediately. we were able to head straight to the park. the staff were always there. our room was nice and neat. the location couldn't be more perfect. It was so close to everything. i appreciated the ease of access. i loved walking back after a long day.

the pool was a bit crowded with children running around. a dedicated quiet area would improve the experience.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast and tea time were amazing!!! The beds were high quality. The room was cleaned and serviced twice per day.

Water wasn't restocked in our room despite asking everyday. Luggage took a hr and a half to arrive from reception. I had to keep 2 small children occupied and wait. I called 3 times.

I am so thankful for the super magical stay i experienced. the staff was amazing and so helpful during my time. the valet parking service was super efficient and friendly. It made my arrival very simple. i appreciated the swift check in, which allowed me to quickly settle into my room with a great theme.

the hotel was a bit busy, especially during peak hours. this meant i sometimes encountered short queues at the reception.
