a place for us in the city
helpful staff local transport comfortable spot
i found the staff very nice. they were helpful and made sure i had what i needed, i also appreciated how close the hotel was to local transport. shops were nearby, it made everything much easier. the lobby was a comfortable spot, we often sat there.
the noise at night bothered me. it came from other guests, and it was hard to sleep well.

the room had towels changed daily and the bed was comfortable! the room size suited two people, though a little small. it was clean upon arrival.

this hotel did not offer breakfast. there are however, a starbucks just across the street. it made getting coffee very simple, there is also a variety of restaurants in the area too.

the reception staff provided good service. they helped reserve a taxi for a very early departure. i especially liked paul at the front desk. he was a true gentleman

the location was convenient. it was walkable to many attractions. the beds were also quite comfortable. the staff was very helpful.

the hotel is in a great location for access to public transportation. the staff were very helpful and friendly. i appreciate the comfy beds and the good sized triple room.

accessible location plenty shops early check-in
The location is very accessible to the Rijksmuseum. Vondelpark is also close. Canal cruises are within walking distance. There are plenty of shops nearby. I bought food and coffee easily. The staff was kind. They allowed me to check in early. I managed to rest before I visited the museum.
The air-conditioner was super loud. It barely cooled the room. Maybe the hotel did not turn it on for cooling.
