nice choices reasonable price big noise zero sleep
the breakfast had nice choices. the bar were reasonably priced, thankful.
the heating radiator makes A big noise. i get ZERO sleep on the last night, and leave by 5am. i would rather try to get some sleep in the airport lounge.

poor communication awful beds
the front desk caused me some real grief upon check-in. i got there way before the official time. they stored my luggage, put my info into the system, said they would call if something opened up early. never got a call and when i came back, they acted like i was speaking a different language. then, they made a big deal about the room i booked with my kid. the beds were awful. the mattress seemed like it was trying to swallow me whole.

a wonderful location

polite staff great character daily housekeeping
the staff were polite and professional. the hotel had character and history. breakfast was good and varied. housekeeping came every day.
the bedroom walls seemed thin, i could hear neighbors.

the breakfast buffet featured a range of options. the bar and restaurant area looked lovely. sitting in the garden was enjoyable with secure surroundings. there are shops and cafes nearby.
