good facilitiessite restaurantdelicious food
my room included a fridge. i appreciated having good facilities. the on site restaurant offered VERY good food, i enjoyed every meal there. i unfortunately did not get to try the breakfasts, maybe next time.
the windows provided NO insulation from outside noise.

superb stay near ahoy
excellent locationquick accesslarge bedfaulty air conditioning
the location proved excellent for rotterdam rave. the metro station is directly across from the hotel, providing quick access to various parts. i especially appreciated the upgrade to a suite. the bed was large (it was great!) and offered a great view of the canal and skyline.
the air conditioning in my room was not functional, and the staff was unable to fix it. this resulted in a very warm room (uncomfortable). opening the window was not an option due to the proximity to a main road and tram stop, a slight oversight.

the room was spacious and very clean (i loved it). high-quality linens were supplied, alongside modern amenities in the bathroom. the bathroom and toilet area exhibit beauty and neatness, offering a pleasant experience.

the hotel staff members were consistently helpful and cute to everyone. they were polite and eager to assist with any requests (this was really appreciated). i found them always friendly.

the location proved convenient, with easy access to transportation.
The service was rude, especially when our room card didn't work late at night and i had to go up and down several times. the staff didn't apologize, and the manager was also unhelpful. the room also lacked basic amenities. I had to ask for everything.
