a satisfactory experience
train station easy transportation clean room usb connector poor quality adapter extra charge
the hotel is conveniently situated near the train station. it made traveling around the area very simple. i found the room to be well designed and clean.
there were no usb connectors available in the room. i also didn't find any in the public areas. the hotel offered to sell me an adapter of poor quality. it would have cost me 10 euro.

Convenient Stay Near Schiphol
helpful staff complimentary breakfast early departure
I arrived early and was offered breakfast. The front desk staff provided helpful answers to my questions about train schedules and local attractions. The complimentary breakfast included numerous options. I found it easy to get coffee and takeaway items before my early train departure.
The parking fee seemed expensive to me. The room lacked a coffee machine, and green tea was unavailable.

The room was clean and arranged practically, but lacked a fridge. It featured a kettle with tea-making facilities and a comfortable bed, with a relaxing space for rest after travel. The bathroom was sufficiently sized and included all necessary toiletries.

Breakfast offered various choices. I noticed cereals, fruits, and waffles. Cooked options such as eggs, beans, mushrooms, and sausage were available, along with ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, and breads.

The hotel is a short train ride from the airport and across the street from the train station. I found it convenient for trips into the city. The train to central amsterdam takes about twenty minutes.

shower gel leak unhelpful staff
the bathroom wasn't great. the shower gel dispenser leaked. i almost slipped! also, the staff seemed uninterested in helping me when i needed something. they just shrugged.

the hotel is close to the train station (it's really convenient). the breakfast buffet offered a good selection. i had a twin room with adequate space.
the lack of a mini-fridge in the room was a small inconvenience.

dirty cups limited breakfast
i was pretty frustrated that the cups and glasses weren't washed in the room. (it's not exactly a difficult task, is it?) the tea and coffee supplies weren't refilled either on the second day. plus, they only had chicken sausage at breakfast. i expect more variety and not just catering to specific dietary needs.
