the refrigerator in the room did not work i put some food inside and it spoiled. when i told the reception about it a middle-aged man was impolite he promised it would be repaired the next day but no one came. this was disappointing for a luxury hotel i think

The tram station was a short walk away. Tram 26 took me into the city center. I found the staff helpful. They assisted me with a short notice additional night. It only took a simple phone call.

The air conditioning did not work properly. I complained, and I was given a fan. The bathroom was split into three different areas. The shower had a foggy glass door facing the bed. This was not ideal.
