great central hotel
convenient location vegetarian options helpful staff
we stayed for three nights the location is very convenient for exploring the city i could easily walk to the new york cafe ruin bars and the hop on hop off bus stop breakfast was amazing there were many options for vegetarians including potato wedges on request from a staff member the location is very close to many attractions
the restaurant needs more vegetarian options there are not many choices for dinner at the hotel i want more options

breakfast variety friendly staff tea bags minibar items
The breakfast was awesome (i love a good buffet!). the variety met my needs perfectly. the location is super convenient. It's really close to the metro. the staff were friendly and helpful too, always ready to assist.
housekeeping didn't replenish tea bags in the room, and i had to ask reception for them. the minibar items seemed overpriced, and i skipped them. (next time i will bring my own!).

i found the hotel location convenient near transport links. The breakfast offered a good selection. staff were always available and willing to assist with requests. i appreciated the secure car parking available.
The room cleaning was inconsistent . This should improve for better guest satisfaction.

The room was spacious. The superior double room suited my needs perfectly. It was clean and provided all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location allowed easy access to public transport. Staff surprised me with a birthday treat, including a message in my room.
The front desk requested a deposit. This policy was not clearly communicated beforehand, causing slight inconvenience.

beautiful aesthetic friendly staff many choices
The location provided easy access to the tram and underground train. The hotel had a beautiful aesthetic, and the staff were friendly (I found them always ready to assist). The breakfast offered many choices.
I noticed the bathroom cleanliness was not perfect, a slight oversight.
