A Gem in the City

The breakfast included hungarian salami and sausages. The receptionist was nice. I was also able to store luggage. The hotel provided lemonade in the foyer, which i found refreshing after a day of travel. I like the staff they are friendly and approachable.
Noise from the heating system was present at night.

My room had a bathtub, which i found great. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with toiletries. Slippers were also provided in the room for my convenience.

The location allows access to the city center. Public transportation is needed for access. I liked that there is a shopping mall and restaurants a short walk from the hotel.

a solid choice for a short city trip

the staff was helpful. i had a superior double room. the room included a minibar and tea and coffee facilities. breakfast featured scrambled eggs, sausage, and various pastries. the hotel is close to public transport options which helped a lot.
my room faced the inner courtyard and work was happening. the noise made it difficult to rest in the morning.

the reception staff was consistently attentive and addressed my inquiries promptly. the breakfast service was well-organized, and the dining area was kept tidy. the cleaning staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

friendly staffearly check-incomfortable bed
The staff were super friendly. i had a welcome drink and was able to check in three hours earlier! the bed in my standard double or twin room was super comfortable and near the bus station. I could walk to the center.
the area around was not really pleasant!

mixed feelings about the stay

the breakfast had many choices like eggs, beans, and pastries.
The professional welcome i expected just did not happen. It felt rather frosty, quite a letdown. i requested a wake-up call, though i received nothing. Talk about starting the day off right, sarcastically speaking. the sauna was not functional at all, quite an unpleasant experience. there was also no apology from the staff, and they were unable to fix it.
