I loved the central location. So many attractions were within walking distance. the staff were also very friendly and helpful with directions. i also appreciated the speedy check-in process. It was quick and efficient.

The location was superb, very close to many restaurants and bars. Breakfast offered a large variety of options to choose from. Beds were also VERY comfortable.
The air conditioner did not work. There were no instructions on how to operate a cooling system. The window opened slightly. It was noisy at times outside the hotel. It did not.

The breakfast was of a high standard and very tasty.
The room was quite small and lacked coffee making facilities. The bathroom door does not lock, it makes privacy difficult because every sound is heard. I find this unacceptable for a hotel charging these rates.

i noticed the air conditioner did not seem to operate effectively and lacked operating instructions.

The front desk was available 24 hours and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and I do recommend it. The location was very convenient. I could reach the famous areas by walking. My room was on the eighth floor, and it had fast Wi-Fi.
The room was quite small and it have a glass door on the bathroom. It offers zero privacy.
