Wonderful Stay in a Charming Hotel

i enjoyed a lot the complimentary minibar, it was stocked daily with soft drinks. The parking was easy, safe, and convenient too. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast had wide variety and great value.

the location was acceptable, near the castle district.

The pillows were completely flat with no cushion (like sleeping on paper). bed linen had an odour. I suspect old furniture. ac made a horribly loud noise. I wasn't the first one to complain.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. i even received daily whatsapp messages inquiring if i needed anything. i upgraded to a suite and found cake and a bottle of bubbly in the room upon arrival. the breakfast offered a good buffet choice along with a menu, i loved the omelettes.

i noticed the water in the bar was refilled with tap water, concerning. i think they should focus on properly washing and sterilizing the bottles. i'd advise buying your own bottled water.

the breakfast had lots of options including fresh fruit, yogurt, various breads, cheeses, hams, jams, and cereals. great cooked breakfast options were available as well. lunch and evening meals were also excellent with delicious food and helpful service.
