weak coffeeinsufficient insulation
The hotel is centrally located. my room did not have sufficient sound insulation. I heard noise from the hallway late into the night. Breakfast proved disappointing with its limited options. The coffee tasted weak. I expected better.

dark roomsmall breakfast room
The room I got faced the interior (a courtyard, I guess), so sunlight was a rare visitor. This made the room rather dark. getting a table at breakfast reminded me of a competitive sport. The room was too small for the number of guests (though they could have easily expanded it).
