good variety comfortable beds clogged drain stern reminder
the breakfast held a good variety each morning. i enjoyed the friendly staff, they were quick to respond. nothing was a bother for them. the beds were comfortable. everything just felt easy and light, like a dream.
the bathtub drain was clogged during the whole stay. the mini fridge was not very cold. it was a minor inconvenience though.

The breakfast service WASN'T exactly smooth. food wasn't refilled quickly enough, it seemed. finding cutlery was a TASK. Forks disappeared at one point. reception always had a queue. Felt understaffed.

The location proved convenient, as i easily accessed key attractions. the room was generously sized and impeccably maintained. daily cleaning ensured a consistently fresh and cute environment. i found the staff helpful. They provided clear directions and addressed all my needs promptly.
i noticed a very slight delay at check-in, but it was quickly resolved.

central location friendly staff good room size clean room
the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city , everything felt very accessible. the staff at the reception were friendly and ready to assist at any hour. our room was a good size and kept very clean. i was pleased it matched the description when i booked.
the tv in my room received only a few channels. i was hoping for more variety or local channels.

I found the staff very friendly. They seemed eager to assist with directions and recommendations. The breakfast offered a satisfactory variety and fresh options. The location is definitely a highlight. I found it easy to access various points of interest.
The tv offered a limited selection of channels, most of which were in a local language I did not understand.
