Fantastic City Getaway!

I found the staff at the front desk very helpful with directions. The hotel offered complimentary water, always a plus after a long day. I also made use of the fitness facility. It had modern equipment. The temperature control in my room worked efficiently during the summer heat. It was a real blessing.

Really good City Stay Experience

The location was central. I found easy access to key attractions. The staff assisted me with early check-in when my room became available. On my departure day, the hotel stored my luggage, a very convenient service. I especially enjoyed the romantic breakfast I ordered to my room. It was generous and worth the money.

This location is great. The main shopping street is within easy walking distance. Public transport and a supermarket are very close. I found it perfectly situated for exploring the city. Everything was easily accessible from this spot.

the staff were lovely and helpful. i even got checked in early as my room was ready. the location is amazing. every attraction is easily walkable from the city center. they held onto my luggage for me on my last day so i did not have to carry it around.
the photos made it look better than it is. my room was on the stairwell so it was very noisy at times, i was like i was in a cupboard going through a door. there were only two coat hangers in the wardrobe. this was inconvenient, i kept clothes in suitcases for my whole stay.

The location provided easy access to public transport. Several restaurants operated nearby. The staff were very helpful arranging transport and providing directions. The room was spacious. They held my luggage after checkout. I appreciated this a lot.
The bathroom had mold around the tiles. The shower setup was difficult to manage and quite slippery. The lighting in the bathroom was insufficient. I couldn't find a good place for my toiletries. The heated towel rail did not work. There was no clothesline to hang up small washing.
