The breakfast room felt quite cramped. It was difficult to navigate during peak hours and the selection was underwhelming, definitely not meeting my expectations. i also noticed the reception area was surprisingly small with limited seating. the entrance lacked a cute feel. It's quite underwhelming for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

i found it very clean throughout my stay. the staff were friendly and very helpful to me. the bed was comfortable, this is important for a good sleep.

the breakfast room is small. a coffee machine is self service. i expected more from a 4 star hotel.
