The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. They assisted with everything, including parking. my room was spacious and modern! it was so clean. the breakfast had so many choices and options, including traditional hungarian cuisine. It was near the metro and tram station.

The hotel offers a sauna for a maximum of two people. It allows guests to use it. a luggage store is available if you are leaving later in the day. the hotel has a relaxed feel.

Staff is very polite and helpful. They preserved tickets for a boat trip for us. the staff were patient and cute with children. The staff immediately topped up breakfast items. the front desk is available to assist with any questions.

The room has tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a machine in the lobby. the room provides water. rooms feature blackout curtains! lots of towels are available and they give generous toiletries.

Breakfast included a lot of vegetarian options to pick from. tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available from the machine in the lobby. This is a nice touch. the breakfast buffet has many options and good food quality.

the room size was generous it was also clean. breakfast offered many options. the staff was friendly. i also appreciated the twenty-four hour reception. i could reserve a parking space in advance. this made my arrival very smooth.
the ac was turned off for the season. this made the upper level of my room warm. the lack of air circulation affected the room's overall comfort. i had to open windows which let in street noise

the room was a good size and was clean.
i found the breakfast buffet to be somewhat lacking for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the variety wasn't great. sometimes the trays were empty, and staff didn't refill them promptly, the shower leaked water all over the floor.
