An Okay Stay with a Few Issues
tea replenishment steak quality
I stayed two nights and my tea and coffee were not topped up. Parking was stressful. The steak in the restaurant was tough. I could not even chew it, and I didn't get a refund. Breakfast wasn't much better either because the plate and food were cold, and the wait was long.

convenient location tube access super clean room unfriendly staff missing coffee shower condition
The location is convenient. It is close to local amenities. it's also near tube and buses for getting around. the room was super clean, as were the communal areas.
i found that the staff at the bar seemed bothered when i wanted to order something. the room wasn't topped up with tea or coffee. i thought the shower needed attention, too.

Satisfactory hotel stay
large room helpful staff luggage storage coffee refill stressful parking missing attention
The room was larger than expected. The staff stored our luggage for five days. This happened while we did a road trip around the country. THE staff was awesome.
I stayed two nights. Tea and coffee were not topped up. Parking arrangements were stressful , I don't recommend them.

My room, a twin room, was surprisingly spacious. the staff was accommodating, especially when i needed extra towels. the breakfast selection was excellent. It featured a well-stocked table with various options.

quality linen best eggs helpful staff
The room included quality linen and toiletries. Breakfast was big. Scrambled eggs tasted the best. The staff helped store many bottles of Prosecco and provided ice for the cool bags.

The hotel breakfast includes a buffet and the option to order hot dishes from the menu. A summer set menu is also available for lunch. I appreciated good value and variety.
