reasonable stay

friendly staff good location broken fridge loud noises

the staff were friendly. they were helpful. the location is really good, i think it is easy to access different parts of the place i visited. the bedding and towels smelled lovely and were clean.

the fridge seemed broken, i am pretty sure. the amount of loud noises and thudding i heard from the floor above was crazy. the pictures online are look different too.

fresh towels comfy bed perfect location lovely staff

the double room i had included daily fresh towels and dishes. the bed was indeed very comfy (i slept like a log!). the location proved perfect, as liverpool street station was right next door. access was easy, and i found the staff to be quite lovely.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

poor insulation cheap bedding

The location was certainly convenient for accessing public transport.

The noise insulation was poor. I could hear EVERYTHING from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The provided bedding felt cheap and uncomfortable, REALLY impacting my sleep. the bathroom looked worn with outdated fixtures and poor lighting.

I found the location very CONVENIENT, just a short walk from transportation. The room provided ample space for luggage storage, useful. The staff allowed me to leave my bags after checkout, I appreciate that. There were restaurants and pubs close.

the hot water took some minutes to arrive in the morning, so you need to be patient.

great location easy access

The location are great, near Liverpool Street Station and Spitafields Market. I easily got to and from Heathrow Airport with the Elizabeth Line. I could leave my bags after checking out, that was a plus.

The room needs updating because it falls apart. Every shell moves, things are very loose, the floor has a massive separation in the kitchen. The standard are low and the experience wasnt positive.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They were able to store my bags without charge the next day. This make travel easier when I had a late train.
