helpful staff soundproof door convenient location

The staff at the reception was helpful. they told me about the aerobus to the airport. the location is ideal for walking to la rambla. the room was quiet even though it overlooked la rambla. The balcony door was soundproof.

It makes entering and exiting slightly unpleasant.

a gem in the heart of it all

superb location kind staff genuine care

The location was superb, it was near everything! we enjoyed watching the flamenco show at tablaou and could walk back in mere minutes. The boqueria market was also a short walk away. the staff were really kind and helpful. i felt genuinely cared for, a small issue, but made my heart soar.

It wasn't the hotel's fault, but it made entering and leaving slightly unpleasant. I did wish it wasn't there.

Our twin room had a nice balcony with a city view. It included comfortable beds and ample space for luggage. the cleanliness was excellent. Everything felt fresh and well-kept, such a welcome feeling.

The hotel provided a peaceful respite. the location was central, a true delight. i found the room quite spacious with nice amenities. the helpful soaps in the bathroom stood out. They had such a delicate scent.

the elevator required the room card for operation, though it sometimes failed.

poor noise isolation lobby smell

the location was certainly central and close to a metro station, which i found acceptable for getting around.

The noise isolation from both outside and adjacent rooms was not good. I could hear everything, and this really affected my ability to rest well. i found a bad smell lingered in the lobby area, and this.
