i was upgraded to a superior double room. it was well-equipped. the room was very clean. i also found the bed to be soft and warm after a long day.
The minibar policy was not clear, leading to an unexpectedly high charge for a couple of waters and pringles. Clearer communication would improve this.

The superior twin room was quite spacious. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet had many choices.
The wifi connection was unreliable. The hotel did not offer free coffee in the room. The soundproofing was not very effective. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

the staff was helpful and spoke english very well. the location was convenient, close to the metro and the main train station. the hotel was also near many restaurants and shops, a great bonus. i secure hotel in the area both during the day and at night.
the lighting in the room wasn't ideal for working in the evening, it felt a little dim.

the room had a large, comfortable bed. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there was also a spacious wardrobe with ample hangers. a safe for valuables, very practical.
