room smelluncomfortable bed
The service from one female staff member seemed subpar. The room i got really did not match the photos. There was a weird smell in the bathroom. It was noisy during the night, and it made sleeping hard. The bed was uncomfortable, because they gave us two single beds pushed together. i ALSO didn't like that there was no kettle, fridge, or coffee machine in the room.

the staff was helpful with directions and transport options , particularly regarding my early morning airport transfer. they quickly located a night bus route to girona airport which was greatly appreciated. a taxi was promptly arranged , and i found the staff's friendliness very welcome.
the sound isolation from other rooms could have been better.

the option to store luggage both before check-in and after check-out was very convenient. the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided , maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay.

the reception staff offered valuable tips for navigating the city via metro. they provided clear directions to the airport and were consistently friendly and helpful. i felt supported and informed .

the hotel is very centrally located , only a short walk from the liceu metro station. several dining and shopping options are nearby. attractions like casa batllo and casa mila-la pedrera are easily accessible.
