an okay stay, but some issues

the staff was polite. the room included tea and coffee facilities.
the hot water wasn't working properly before checkout. i called the front desk and they told me everyone was showering, so there was no hot water. this made me late for checkout, and then the front desk guy called to tell me i was late. it was awkward!

the room was very clean i appreciated the modern design the bed was comfortable i slept well the location was convenient close to many restaurants staff recommendations helped me find nice places nearby taxis were available quickly when i needed transportation the taxi to the airport was on time and cheap the staff was helpful with directions and information

the hotel has a small pool area in the backyard the gym includes a limited number of machines the pool area has some shaded sections for relaxation a small detail , made my stay more pleasant.

the hotel is well located near many bars it is close to several restaurants the hotel is also not directly in the busiest tourist area which means it is conveniently located the area felt safe and accessible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. That was appreciated.
The shower temperature was inconsistent. It switched between very hot and very cold. this made showering quite difficult. the pool was also smaller than i expected. Its views were disappointing too.

I was annoyed by a few things. first, the room was smaller than expected. second, the bathroom layout was weird. The sink area seemed cramped. it was hard to get ready comfortably. finally, i had problems with the card charges. It took time to resolve and wasn't relaxing at all.

The location is fantastic with very easy access to the metro. The rooms were clean, I was amazed! The staff were all friendly and very helpful, that definitely. The pool was a convenient addition for those hot summer days and relaxing moments-.
The shower had some temperature issues. Sometimes it was really hot and other times cold. It was not a consistent experience at all. I hope this can be fixed!
