inconsistent temperaturestained towels

The room felt a little too warm because i couldn't adjust the air conditioning. It seemed to be centrally controlled! i also noticed a small stain on the towels, and though they were clean, it was a bit off-putting. it's a shame because other than that everything else was fine.

the location was perfect, very close to a shopping mall with shops and restaurants. the metro and bus stops were also nearby. this made it very easy to move around the city, i liked that very much.

the room was a bit dark, especially in the evenings.

digger noisedelayed reaction

I must say, the digger noise outside was less than ideal. It went on throughout the evening and night. it was still happening at midnight, even at 3 am! eventually, it stopped after several complaints. i feel the hotel staff should have dealt with it immediately, not wait for complaints.
