amazing stay near plaça de espanya!

The hotel is super close to the metro station and plaça de espanya (it made getting around so easy!). i had an interior room and it was so quiet, i didn't hear any street noise. the rooftop swimming pool was a total win, a great spot to chill after exploring. the reception staff were awesome and helped me book some tours. They were really friendly!

The location is excellent. The hotel is right opposite a metro station and near a shopping center full of shops and restaurants. it is very close to plaça de espanya, made exploring all the city's sights easy.

the hotel has a lovely atmosphere with a boutique style, and the lobby area is beautifully decorated. i was able to get a late checkout, which gave me an extra hour to relax and get ready. the hotel structure is excellent, everything looks new, modern and feels very comfortable.

inconsistent temperaturestained towels

The room felt a little too warm because i couldn't adjust the air conditioning. It seemed to be centrally controlled! i also noticed a small stain on the towels, and though they were clean, it was a bit off-putting. it's a shame because other than that everything else was fine.

the location was perfect, very close to a shopping mall with shops and restaurants. the metro and bus stops were also nearby. this made it very easy to move around the city, i liked that very much.

the room was a bit dark, especially in the evenings.

digger noisedelayed reaction

I must say, the digger noise outside was less than ideal. It went on throughout the evening and night. it was still happening at midnight, even at 3 am! eventually, it stopped after several complaints. i feel the hotel staff should have dealt with it immediately, not wait for complaints.
