shower water check-in process
breakfast was acceptable. i found coffee very palatable. room size was just right.
it proved impossible for the shower water to drain properly. there was no cover to facilitate drainage. the check-in process lacked warmth.

friendly staff good breakfast faulty air conditioning missing bin
the staff was friendly. the breakfast buffet was good with everyone finding food. the room felt cool.
the air conditioning did not work. i reported it multiple times. there was no bin in our room. we used a plastic bag instead.

good breakfast large pool area helpful staff
the hotel offered a very good breakfast with great variety. the room was clean and room service did a very good job. the pool area was quite large. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful too.

the hotel is located near the soccer stadium and approximately a 10 minute drive from the city center. there are bus stops nearby with regular service to the city center making transportation convenient. many parking spots are available on the streets near the hotel.
