The staff provided friendly and helpful service . Breakfast included loads of choice (especially appreciated the variety of pastries). The bed in my room offered great comfort, and the room maintained a clean and airy atmosphere.

I found the staff helpful with directions. the daily free water bottles in the mini bar were a welcome touch. It was a treat to stay in such a well-kept place.

the cold room was not ideal, and the heating system didn't seem fully effective.

the breakfast included a great variety of dishes to choose from, it accommodated various dietary preferences with ease. two garden patios provided perfect spaces to relax and unwind with coffee or tea after a long day, which i certainly needed.

the reception staff helped arrange roadside assistance for a punctured tire on my rental car! they were very efficient in dealing with the rental company and providing parking assistance within the underground hotel carpark, it was a lifesaver.
