Location was near attractions. I enjoy the rooftop pool. It was a place for relaxation. The gym offered different equipment.
The tea in my room was not refilled each day, and I had to ask at reception.

breakfast varietysmall flies
i was pretty annoyed to find that the breakfast, though plentiful, offered zero variation day after day. six mornings of the exact same food is just lazy (this is really disappointing). the dessert buffet also had a noticeable problem with small flies, unhygienic and off-putting. additionally, the bed frame creaked terribly, and despite mentioning it, the hotel didn't even attempt to fix it or offer a solution, aside from suggesting i move to a smaller room (that makes no sense!).

The hotel was clean. I found the customer service to be prompt and efficient, especially at check-in. I arrived early, around 10:00 am, after my train and was pleased that a room was already available. The pool was nice, and the staff at the front desk were very kind.

The hotel location was advantageous. It was within walking distance of major attractions. I found this proximity especially convenient for sightseeing and exploring local points of interest, it saved a lot of travel time.

The staff showed really good kindness and professionalism. From the front desk to the chamber maids, everyone contributed positively to my experience. I felt very welcomed and looked after during my whole stay because of their attitudes.
