The hotel's location was acceptable. It provided easy access to the beach.

I found a major lapse in hygiene. The room curtains had significant black staining at the bottom. Upon entering the room, a sewage odor was noticeable, I found this to be intolerable. The bed linens and comforter was unchanged and did not appear fresh.

the hotel was super clean. our double room sea view had a really nice view. i could watch the ocean all day! the staff were also so friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist.

The food variety was a bit limited. i seemed like i saw the same dishes every day. the evening entertainment finished quite early at 10:30 pm. We wished it lasted longer!

the staff was friendly and efficient. our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. bottled water was available at the bars. the hotel offered easy check in and check out processes.

i found limited food options specifically for gluten-free diets. the labeling helped. however, more variety is needed to improve the experience.

I enjoyed the variety of the buffet meals and the staff kept everything very clean. There were themed restaurants available. You needed reservations for these. I found the newly refurbished rooms had large, modern bedrooms and walk-in showers.

I found the red wine undrinkable.

There was a great selection of healthy food prepared fresh. Plenty of tables were ALWAYS available during meal times. The buffet included diverse choices of meats, fish, and vegetables, both hot and cold, for a varied experience, which i appreciated.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They provided excellent bar service. Special thanks goes to Jesus and Patricia in the bar service. Lorenzo, in the dining area, offered pleasant, professional service.

The hotel offers three pools, providing ample space for relaxation. Walkways connect the different buildings and rooms. A big pool area had many loungers and a good pool bar. Pool towels were large, very NICE.

The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. It's near the sea front including a spacious promenade. The hotel is also conveniently close to the airport. Transfers were quick, which i liked. I found the location ideal.

the staff was excellent in every department. the room was very clean. the restaurants provided a good selection. the garden areas were well cared for. the pool areas were very clean and had plenty of sun loungers.

i noticed that the food availability in the snack bar was limited. it was the same every day. the burger and hot dog rolls crumbled easily. there wasn't ice cream available.
