Really good Stay!
perfect location friendly staff room cleanliness relaxing pool
The hotel location is perfect, very close to the beach and local shops. The hotel's cleanliness was really good, and the staff maintained the rooms daily. The breakfast offered many choices, and the staff was always friendly. I found the pool area relaxing with space to lounge.
I noticed some minor wear in the hallways but nothing too concerning.

The breakfast service features fresh bread and English breakfast tea. cava is available. I found various options at breakfast, and all were good quality. The service was efficient and attentive at all times.

My room included air conditioning and a television. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The shower worked very well, and there were plenty of toiletries provided. I had really good views.

The hotel boasts a pool with a good water temperature. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool area . The hotel is located in a traffic free area, perfect. It is close to everything.

The staff members were courteous, helpful, and friendly at all times. I found the reception staff gave great ideas for local restaurants. Evening entertainment was provided, and it was PRETTY good. They really want to help you.

amazing stay at lava beach!
modern furnishings comfortable sunbeds clean areas friendly staff
The hotel is gorgeous! it has modern furnishings everywhere i looked. the pool area had plenty of sunbeds. I always found a spot. the hotel was very clean in every area. I noticed staff constantly cleaning. the staff members are all very friendly!
The tv in the room only showed sky news international. I found that limiting!

the hotel has excellent facilities including a gym, fitness classes, and an amazing pool! i loved the spa area. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The pool was awesome. Breakfast was superb!!!
I found the lack of room service after 9:30 very inconvenient. It is something I have not experienced in a five-star hotel before. We also had to ask for the water and cold drinks to be stocked up, and this was only done once.

unmotivated staff dirty floor
The location was fantastic!
The room's balcony had a curtain coming off the rail. It stayed like that for the entire holiday. My partner's hair was left on the floor after the room was supposedly cleaned each day. I witnessed the pool area being cleaned only twice . The staff seemed short-handed at breakfast. I had to constantly ask for items to be replenished, like hot water, and some workers looked unmotivated.

Really good Hotel Experience!

Amit gave me a free room upgrade upon check-in. I was very happy. Amit gave me a tour of the hotel. I found it helpful. The staff was friendly. This improved my trip a lot. The cleanliness of the rooms and the whole hotel was immaculate. It was super clean.
The gym had limited equipment. I wanted a larger selection. It wasn't a huge deal, but I noticed it.

The breakfast buffet included fresh bread and Cava. I appreciated the option for English breakfast Tea. I also had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed a menu with different countries each evening.

The room included air conditioning, great for the warm days. I used the TV. It only showed Sky News International. The shower was good but flooded the bathroom slightly. I noticed it needs better drainage.

I asked for extra water. It was stocked up only once. The reception staff was helpful when I checked in. The cleaning staff maintained the rooms daily. I found this good.

wonderful experience
kept grounds helpful staff super clean rooms
the hotel grounds were very well kept. the reception staff were helpful, especially at check in. breakfast offered a really great selection! i also appreciated that the rooms were super clean and included a comfy bed.
The hotel didn't provide robes and slippers in the room. I've come to expect this from similar hotels.

the room included modern decor with black power sockets. a large wall-mounted flat screen tv offered numerous channels. the well-equipped bathroom included a jacuzzi bath and an electronic bidet.

Breakfast is available from 7:30 till 11:00 in a large dining area. guests can choose to sit outside by the pool. the breakfast choices are vast. The quality is excellent. i found it highly recommended.
