this hotel was magical, exceeding all my expectations. i loved the beautiful design and furnishing throughout the hotel. the gardens were wonderfully landscaped and meticulously maintained. i relished the fact that i felt so pampered during my holiday.

the gym lacked a rowing machine, which would have enhanced my workout options slightly.

the room featured comfortable beds, a useful fridge, a sizeable bathroom, and a lovely balcony. i found it really helpful to have those amenities , which definitely enhanced my time.

i had an opportunity to choose my meals for the week from an allergen menu at reception. the staff brought these pre-selected dishes to my table, all of whom were polite and attentive to my needs, even proactively asking if everything was ok.

the beach was wonderfully close. i explored the volcanic hills nearby, quite a treat to explore. this convenient access made it the perfect for me to enjoy my holiday.

the pools didn't feel surrounded by concrete or tall buildings, unlike many other hotels i visited. the gym was centrally located between the pools, very convenient to use regularly. i was really impressed by the overall cleanliness.

the beach was very close, with private access. (it was a great plus).

I found the staff to be quite unfriendly. They did not seem helpful. the bedroom was dated and toiletries was to be used already. i would have liked a bottle of water in the mini fridge.

lingering urinal smellchaotic food service

the check-in process was odd a staff member stopped to deal with other guests mid-process. the room had a strange urinal smell that lingered. i found the food service chaotic it was like a school canteen with long queues and machine malfunctions. the noise from upper floors was very disturbing
