Wonderful Anniversary Stay!
pleasant maids great job kind gesture special stay
I celebrated my anniversary at this lovely place. The front desk staff provided great communications before my arrival and upon arrival, they upgraded me to a junior suite. I thought this was a kind gesture from the hotel. Maids were pleasant and did a great job, always smiling. I had a relaxing and special stay.
I would say the gym was missing some equipment. I could not find a cable machine.

The hotel gym has treadmills and stationary bikes. I really liked it. The spa offers facial treatments, and many found them relaxing, i was delighted with the results. There is a bar with scenic views.

The hotel is near the beach. I enjoyed walking along the sea front outside the hotel. The walk into the town is lovely. I found it a lively place .

The breakfast had superb choices. I had a reserved seating area with table service as preferred club guest. Buffet dinners had tons of choice and variety, so i thought it was well worth the money. The Italian restaurant offered pizzas.

The room was nice and large. I felt very comfortable. Housekeeping regularly changed towels and cleaned the room. The hotel app booked the a la carte restaurants quickly. I thought it was easy to use.

amazing food friendly staff
I had a blast here! i loved the food. It was amazing. the staff were very friendly too. Pablo checked us in, and david took us to our master suite on the 3rd floor. the unlimited luxury all-inclusive package meant i could eat anywhere i wanted, such a treat!
I wish the pools were a little warmer. They felt a bit chilly, honestly. it would be great if they heated them, especially since it can get breezy in the evenings. also, the pool towels seemed like they had been around for a while.

amazing service great communication fantastic room superb breakfast
my wife and i enjoyed amazing service from all the staff they were always so friendly great communications happened from the front desk before we arrived a kind gesture involved an upgrade to a fantastic room it offered a amazing view the hotel maids were always very pleasant and did a great job always smiling. breakfast was superb so much choice existed we had preferred club so a reserved seating area was provided table service was offered again the staff were always so pleasant and helpful.

the hotel features three outdoor pools and one indoor pool the spa includes a sauna solarium and turkish bath this made it hard to leave the hotel complex. the gym is clean and equipped well.

the breakfast variety is amazing food at the main buffet restaurant is excellent there are loads of choices for breakfast and dinner the hotel has other restaurants including himitsu chozo olio and nebbiolo ristorante. i found food at olio amazing.

the staff throughout the complex are helpful and polite the check-in was smooth quick and informative the staff around the pool in all restaurants and in the rendezvous bar are helpful omar is a great character always happy and helpful.

Acceptable, but Disappointing Details
broken coffee machine loose door handle
The breakfast buffet had a reasonable selection of food. That much was good.
Our room had issues. The coffee machine and safe didn't work, and the handle on the patio door felt very loose and likely to break. It wasn't what I expected. I also did not find the full inclusive price worthwhile since neither of us drinks much alcohol.

Excellent stay
cozy bed housekeeping service elegant class
The hotel exudes class and elegance (the calm atmosphere was a highlight for me). I stayed in a Preferred Club Frontal Ocean View Junior Suite. The suite was super comfortable, boasting a huge, cozy bed and an perfect housekeeping service.
The fizzy soft drinks available weren't of the best quality. They tasted flat and a little tasteless (I don't drink alcohol). The entertainment was too acoustic guitar centered. There was only one bar open in the evenings for the whole stay.

The staff was great. I didn't encounter a single person who didn't. The communications from the front desk were great, both before my arrival and upon my arrival, it contributed to a smooth and cute experience.

I enjoyed the indoor pool for a pre breakfast swim, especially when the water pumps activated at 9 am. The facilities were super clean because an army of cleaners worked throughout the day. The hotel is located right on the beach.

The hotel is located a 35-minute walk from the harbour. It is easy to reach the town center or the Dunas National Park. Taxis are readily available from reception for about €5 and arrive quickly, providing easy access to the surrounding area.

attentive staff breakfast selection comfortable room small gym understaffed bar simple entertainment
i found the staff to be attentive. the breakfasts offered a great selection (especially the fresh fruit). my room was super clean and comfortable with good air conditioning.
the gym was quite small with limited equipment. i found the poolside bar to be understaffed, which resulted in long wait times (especially during peak hours). the evening entertainment was quite simple and lacked variety.
