beach location friendly staff sun loungers small room shaded balcony noisy trolley

the hotel location is very close to the beach , which is wonderful. staff members are very friendly and helpful , this is appreciated. there were many sun loungers , this meant there was no morning rush to secure one.

our room was quite small and felt a bit dark. the balcony was shaded most of the time , which limited its use. the cleaning trolleys were very noisy during the morning.

spacious rooms ample loungers superior view

the receptionist upgraded our room to a superior sea view room. the room included mini cakes and bubbly. the hotel has super clean and spacious rooms! the pool area is huge, receives sun all day, and has plenty of loungers.

there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room even though there was a kettle.

peeling paint uncomfortable bed

My stay did start out okay. Staff seemed friendly, and the location was decent. The breakfast I had was fine, though I only ate it once because the buffet was in a basement with no windows. The real disappointment came with my room itself. There were paint peeled from the ceiling. The air conditioning wasn't working and the bed was terrible. It was really hard to relax.
