friendly staff avis machine neat feature
i loved the premium twin room garden view! it was amazing! the staff were so friendly. i found car rental easy with the avis machine right there, a really neat feature!
the gym could use a few more updated machines, but it wasn't a major issue, just a very slight thing

I had such a GREAT time! The staff were SUPER friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was so much choice, even for a picky eater like me. The gardens were beautiful. I loved the waterfall. It was so relaxing to hear the water from my balcony.
I was a bit disappointed that pool towels were only available at reception. It is far from the pool. Some areas of the hotel seemed a little outdated. I think the gym access via the spa lift is a health and safety risk. It needs addressing ASAP.

Surprise Anniversary Trip Success!
warm reception lovely flowers special anniversary
The staff gave warm greetings from the start, with champagne offered at reception. The early communication with the staff was a pleasure and they found very beautiful flowers. The team really were really good too make our anniversary surprise special. The location had a very short taxi ride from the airport and a manageable walk to local amenities.

The room was spacious. It featured a super comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. A terrace with seats and a table added to the room's appeal. The bathroom had a fantastic shower.

There is easy access to the beach through a gate at the back of the hotel. The hotel is superbly located with the sea on one side. There is a golf course on the other, so golfers can book in advance. I hear it is a really good course.

Solid stay at a well maintained hotel
helpful staff sea view good food quality
The staff was helpful. My room faced the sea and had a big balcony. I found the buffet selection offered many choices and good quality. The hotel is located close to shops and the beach. Excursions are easily accessible.
The gym equipment looked a bit dated.

My room included a large bed and plenty of space. The bathroom featured two sinks. The room had a balcony with a view. Amenities were restocked daily and the room was cleaned every day with surface cleaning.
