the food selection was beautiful and plentiful in the restaurant. there were always enough sunbeds and seats around the pool area. it all made for a very cheerful holiday.

the bar staff was sometimes stretched. there was often only one person available. this made the queues quite long at peak times. it could be better.

i found the animation team great. they made our holiday! valentina at the bar remembered us and made great mojitos. franklin was a talented part of the animation team. emmie and fillipo stood out because their energy was amazing!!!

the gym could use some tlc, as i saw the running machine didn't work very well. i think this should be addressed as a priority. other than that, all staff were always happy and accommodating with any requests.

The restaurant had multiple food choices. It catered to many appetites. pool areas were nice. there were lots of sunbeds and cushioned seating. the entertainment team put everything into making guests enjoy their stay..

the room had no kettle. it was cold in the evening, so i asked for more blankets. breakfast was not good. spam replaced bacon, and the sausages looked unappealing.

I found the variety of food excellent. Lunch and dinner consistently offered salads, pasta, potatoes, and rice. I also appreciated the different fresh grilled meats each day, alongside a speciality dish each evening. The hotel features three pool choices. The entertainment team contributed significantly to my experience. They organized games like darts, volleyball, and water polo.

I noticed only two plug sockets in the room, made charging devices a bit difficult.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Shortcomings

cracked door frameold shower curtain

The room I was assigned was quite disappointing. A cracked door frame posed a safety hazard, tearing my clothing. Mold was present in the bathroom closet and the shower curtain was old. Air conditioning was absent, leaving only a ceiling fan for ventilation. (A proper cooling system would have made a big difference). I also found the food to be bland, beige, and lacking in variety. I ended up eating out after the first day.
