massive bed walking shower
the room was spacious with a massive bed. a walking in shower existed and was spotlessly clean. i found the location perfect for visiting the music square most nights.
the breakfast orange juice tasted like the cheapest rubbish. i am not sure it had ever seen an actual orange.

pleasant hotel stay
friendly staff fresh omelettes room safe tired pool
i found the staff very friendly. breakfast was fresh with omelettes made to order. there were various themed nights with plenty of choice for dinner. the hotel location was ideal, right by the strip..
i discovered i had to rent the in-room safe. the response was that this is normal, but it isn't. the kids' pool looks tired and needs maintenance..

a mixed experience
inconsistent cleaning repetitive music
The room cleaning seemed inconsistent. I noticed some days the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. also, the entertainment was quite repetitive. the same music playlist played at the pool each day became very tiresome. i would have appreciated more variety . finally, some staff members at the reception seemed uninterested in my needs. They should work on being more professional.

well-equipped gym attentive staff organized hotel noisy location step access limited free parking
The gym really stood out to me. It had good equipment. staff were always attentive. the hotel was well-organized overall.
I found the hotel a bit noisy at times. It was near the main street. also, the upper floor rooms on one side were only accessible by steps. the garage was only free for barcelo members.
