the staff were helpful with directions.

the room i was given faced an interior courtyard, so natural light was limited. the bathroom had a persistent mildew smell, it was quite unpleasant. i also found the bed too firm for my liking.

The location was convenient. The main shopping area was close to the hotel. The hotel has beautiful architecture with a lot of history, and it is well maintained. Breakfast included a good variety of food, and it was well stocked.

I think we were a bit unlucky based on other guest reviews. The TV did not work when we arrived. The hotel fixed it after we reported it, but the reception remained sporadic. There was an unfortunate smell coming from the bathroom, and they could not fix it during our three-night stay.

the staff offered a welcome fruit platter upon my arrival. the hotel is near setas de sevilla. it is approximately 15 minutes to the cathedral area. i found many restaurants close by. the rooftop bar provided a nice evening drink.

The hotel has no parking available. the local public parking took considerable time to enter. It was quite tight. spaces are tiny, and i noticed a scratch on our car after parking.
