The building is historic and well maintained. The breakfast was very good and the open air patio is amazing. The location is amazing at the heart of the historic area with walkable access to most attractions.
The turndown service was disappointing. They did not replenish water one day and toilet paper on another day , i had to call to get these basic things done.

The architecture is fine. My room was larger than expected. I enjoyed a salad with tomatoes and anchovies with a mimosawith local orange juice and their bitter marmalade (a surprisingly good combination). I also found the location very convenient for accessing key attractions.
The staff seemed a little unsure about hotel policies at times.

The pool is suitable for the hot weather. There is also an open-air patio with amazing details. The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes, available wanting to maintain their workout schedule (even on vacation).

the hotel's architecture displays andalusian and moorish influences. i found the central patio especially fine , with its cinematic history. the room was elegant , spacious , and meticulously detailed. i appreciated the convenient location.
the gym seems to be a secondary consideration , housed in a smaller building outdoors. there are limited wellness facilities , such as a heated pool , which i expect from a five star hotel. some furniture in the rooms could benefit from updates for more comfort.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is near Alcazar and the cathedral. The outdoor pool provided a needed break from the heat. The room had ample espresso coffee.
I found the staff a bit confused. They seemed unsure about hotel policies. My room wasn't ready at the check-in time. I waited a long time for complementary drinks.

The architecture is fine. I was amazed. The breakfast offered a large variety of high-quality options, the staff there were helpful. The pool area was amazing, and I loved it. I could easily relax after exploring the city!
I found the bar service slow during peak hours. I waited longer than expected for my drinks one evening. It was somewhat inconvenient, though the quality was good.
