The hotel location is great. i could easily walk along the coastal path to the town in about 20 minutes. the food was first class and offered amazing variety each evening, including fresh fish. the staff were amazing. I extend a big thank you to them.

the swimming pools had odd opening times. one pool opened at 10 am and another at 11 am. i like an early morning swim but i couldn't. getting a sun bed around the pool required some dedication (people seemed to reserve them very early).

The hotel room had a partial sea view and overlooked the garden. It was very quiet. I found the buffet food really good with a variety of well-prepared dishes. The bar offered pleasant evening entertainment . The hotel exterior looked beautiful, especially at night when illuminated, it enhanced the cute ambiance.

The gym needed better air conditioning, and some machines were slightly worn. The treadmills had loose belts. I noticed the gym mats also was a little unclean.

The buffet restaurant featured a wide selection of excellent dishes. I appreciated the quality of the food. There was plenty of variety at each service. The restaurant staff were very great. The wine list offered a great array of options.

The pool area had a lovely bar with a gate onto the beach. The hotel offered a spa with a volcanic stone massage. I found it very relaxing. There were free parking spaces at the hotel. The grounds are very beautiful, too.

The hotel location provided a nice walk along the path to the marina and centre. I walked for only 20 minutes to reach the marina. The surrounding area was relaxing. There are a good array of eateries and bars nearby.

The staff were always helpful and smiling, I noted that nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Housekeeping ensured all items were returned to original places. I appreciated that the reception staff were helpful. Airport transfers were readily available when i requested them.

the gym did not have sufficient air conditioning making workouts uncomfortable. many machines seemed old. the treadmills had loose belts that could pose a safety risk.

The hotel offered three swimming pools with lifeguards on duty. i found the vending machines in the lobby quite useful. They stocked almost anything needed in an emergency. breakfast included an excellent choice of food and good quality produce, even cava was available.

The mattress in my room was hard and uncomfortable! even after requesting two toppers, it was still difficult to sleep on. the pool bar service was consistently slow. I waited over 20 minutes just to place a drink order. the spa facilities were available, but staff didn't manage the environment well enough.
