inadequate soundproofinglimited hot water

The room was not soundproofed adequately. noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway was easily audible. Sleep was often disrupted. It was difficult to rest properly. also, the limited hot water supply in the bathroom meant that showers had to be brief. More hot water should be available to accommodate guest demand. it was an inconvenience.

mixed feelings about the stay

musty smell

i often waited several minutes, only to find them packed with laundry or other equipment. this made getting around quite slow. the room smelled a bit musty (it may have been due to the humidity), which wasn't very pleasant.
