underwhelming stay.
slow lifts confusing layout
the hotel location was acceptable.
The lifts took a while. the room lacked cups and spoons, even though it had a kettle. the hotel layout was confusing. It was hard to get around. also, finding a sun bed was a struggle. Many were reserved with towels but unoccupied.

a fantastic holiday!
social spaces hardworking staff good breakfast
i was happy to see improvements since my last visit. the hotel looks luxurious with several social spaces. staff members were hardworking and helpful. our room overlooked the pools and sundeck. i found breakfast to be good, it was included in our stay and had plenty of choice.
there was a small inconvenience in the parking garage. i experienced a long wait before the garage door opened once! other than that, everything was perfect.

The rooms are spacious and well-furnished with a balcony, offering a good view. each room features air conditioning, which worked silently. The beds were also quite comfortable.

The hotel enjoys a great location directly on the sea front. It's close to the harbour with amazing restaurants within walking distance. the outside areas felt roomy and spacious and easy to navigate, which i really appreciated.

a balanced experience
separate sinks rainfall shower well-kept room bars restaurants vegetable choice restaurant food water leaks
the room was well kept and clean. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel is near the marina. there were many bars and restaurants close by.
the food in the restaurant was not great for a four-star hotel. the vegetables did not seem well-thought-out. water leaks occurred in multiple locations when it rained.
