helpful staff nice hotel good-sized room smoking area long waits ant problem

the staff was very helpful. the hotel was very nice. the room was a good size. i really enjoyed the food that was served. the team's professionalism and kindness.

smoking and vaping was going on all day around the pool, and this was unacceptable with young children present. waiting to be served at the poolside bar sometimes took up to twenty minutes. i had an ant problem in the room, but it was sorted out quickly.

charmed stay at this fabulous resort

unique food attentive staff charming decor

the food was lovely with unique offerings each day. hotel decor added to the overall experience. the staff were so attentive and ensured all my needs were promptly met.

the television reception was intermittent. i did not find this ideal. i wish it could have been more reliable .

the hotel provided free parking . a shuttle service operated from 10 am to 6 pm. it offered transport to the bottom of the hill where a range of attractions were readily accessible.

animation team kids activities clean facilities

The animation team offered enjoyable kids activities, though the program repeated daily. the beach club features many pools and several water slides, offering lots of fun. the night time entertainment kept my son happy. it's amazingly clean. I noticed the facilities were well-kept, and the animation staff excelled.

the pool at the hotel isn't the best and sunbeds don't adjust.

the animation team provided great entertainment for both kids and adults. my husband even won darts. the team was happy and friendly at all times. the decoration and look of the hotel inside is also fantastic.

The pool at the hotel was not good, and the sunbeds were bad since i could not adjust them. before my visit, i read reviews about the food, and i can confirm they were accurate. the food was often cold. for a family hotel, there was not much food for children. There were minimal vegetables and a small salad bar.

lacking entertainment packed shuttle

the evening entertainment felt a bit stale. it was mostly geared towards adults (african dancers?), not really hitting the mark for kids my age. also, getting around required a shuttle bus due to the location (i'm not the biggest fan of hills!), and sometimes it was completely packed.
