the breakfast had a convenient location and was easily commutable to the center. other sightseeing places were also reachable. the hotel staff was friendly and gave great tips for places to visit.

i noticed some black spots on the provided towels, which wasn't great. also, the ac didn't cool quickly, so it took hours for the room to cool down. this was inconvenient during the warmer times.

the reception staff was very helpful with questions and the check in process. the service crew worked consistently and ensured our satisfaction. they were great too make sure we were ok, and i appreciated that a lot.

i found the room very clean. it had a nice shower and a comfy bed. the breakfast service was great. it included many choices. the hotel's location was very convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions.

The air conditioning seemed a bit temperamental. The room temperature wasn't always consistent.

The front desk was helpful. Alexander provided good suggestions. c. gave a midnight tip about the alhambra homepage. my 12-year-old son enjoyed the room service a lot. staff assisted with parking my high vehicle to ensure it fit.

The mattress on the bed felt quite hard. A better quality mattress is needed. pillows are also important. the air conditioning couldn't be lowered beyond 22.5, so sleeping was difficult.

The room was clean, quiet, and well designed. the shower had good water pressure, adjustable temperature, and no spilling. the bed was comfortable. Temperature control was responsive, and the blind was dark.

Parking is available, though tight. A big metal shutter comes down. taxis arrive in less than five minutes. the train station is nearby, although farther from the city center, it is easily accessible.

The staff displays sympathy. A portuguese employee was amicable. i noted great attentiveness from the employees. the hotel structure is fantastic. Employees are attentive, i observed.

the room offered ample space for luggage. it was well lit with a relaxing area away from the bed! the multi-level lobby design was a treat for the eyes. the hotel had excellent communication with local taxis. taxis arrived almost immediately when requested. breakfast included full english. there were also continental and local options available.

I noticed a slightly tight curve in the underground parking entrance. but it worked out. the parking spaces themselves were a good size.

the hotel has ideal proximity. the train, tram, and bus services are right outside. the railway station is a short 500m walk away. lots of public transport options are available nearby for easy access to the city center.

The room was superb. It was large and very well lit. ample space was available for luggage. This allowed for a relaxing experience away from the bed. breakfast had a very wide range of items available. everything was well kept.

The location was convenient for accessing transport links, acceptable.

The air conditioning seemed to be switched off for the season. This created an uncomfortably warm room! I was offered a noisy fan as a solution. It didn't help. The gym equipment was also substandard. One of the treadmills did not work and was neglected.
