mixed feelings about this hotel

small bathroom weak shower

the staff were friendly and hard working, which i appreciated.

The room i was given was quite disappointing. It felt dated and small, and the bathroom was especially cramped. the shower pressure was also very weak, barely more than a trickle. It was quite frustrating trying to get clean! on top of this, the television didn't work.

great stay!

comfortable room spacious wardrobe helpful staff

I just came back from my stay and i am still so excited! the room was very comfortable and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. housekeeping came daily to make beds and replace towels which was amazing. all the staff were lovely. They are always very helpful and smiling!

The lifts were a bit slow. Sometimes, i waited a few minutes.

The selection of food was amazing with so much choice at every meal. There was something for everyone! breakfast had a wide range of options like pastries, eggs, and fresh fruit. I was happy. the snack bar had ice cream and drinks available all day!

The location is great with easy access to everything you need. it is a short walk to local shops including a domino's and a mcdonald's. That's so convenient! the hotel is also close to the beach so you can easily enjoy the seaside.

The staff provided excellent service. They were warm and friendly. the reception staff were helpful and very cute. they arranged for a lower-level room for me. It even had a view of the pool!

The room was cleaned daily. Towels were replaced daily as well. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered an really good variety of choices. The staff provided friendly service.

The food selection was very good. I definitely found something to eat. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the location is good! i even got a room upgrade, a bonus.

I noticed a small stain on one of the towels. Otherwise everything was perfect.
