okay hotel experience
friendly staffcomfortable beddated roomlaundry service
the staff were friendly. the breakfast was delicious. the hotel has a short walk along the front into the city. the beds are very comfortable.
the rooms where a bit dated. there is no kettle allowed in the rooms, and you get charged extra for laundry service. the rooms also don't include irons.

The rooms were spacious and clean. the hotel pool was great for a swim. i liked the hotel's superb location. It was easy to walk onto the beach. friendly check in made it nice to be back again.
the sun beds need replacing as many are broken with parts missing at the back.

The hotel is right on the beach. I like to swim in the sea. the location is close to a shopping center. it is easy to access travel around malaga from the highway.

i found a good choice of food including fish and meat cooked to order. the breakfast buffet offered variated and good options, which i found really pleasing. the food was excellent, even offering vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free meals.

I appreciated the convenient location, steps from the beach, PERFECT for quick access. Staff was consistently helpful, from check-in to daily inquiries. Free parking made our travels easy and stress-free. The large pool area provided ample space, even with many guests.
I felt that some areas of the hotel decor needed updating to match the overall elegance.

A Decent Stay

The hotel is located right by the sea. The access gate allows direct walks to the beach. This was very convenient! The breakfast offered a great selection, including fresh orange juice. It also included omelettes made to my liking. That was a welcome touch.
The drinks service at mealtimes was quite slow! I often had to wait and ask repeatedly for my drink. The meat served was consistently overcooked. I hoped for more variety. Some French fries would be nice, but other potato options would have also worked.
