inconsistent wi-fi fluctuating air conditioning
I found a couple of issues . the advertised high-speed wi-fi was inconsistent, often dropping connection (very frustrating when trying to handle work emails). also, the air conditioning in the room struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. It would fluctuate between too cold and not cold enough.

Really good Service and Beautiful Grounds
birthday cake majestic gardens
The staff were pretty good too ensure a special stay. I received a lovely birthday cake and candle delivered to my room, a thoughtful touch. The gardens had majestic features. It included convenient pool facilities.
I noticed that some items at the breakfast buffet needed quicker replenishment. I expect better from a luxury hotel.

Staff members were helpful. They went the extra mile to. Isabel from guest experience was totally amazing. I can't praise her enough.

The room included a minibar and a Nespresso machine. I was also at disposal of a hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, a shaver and cottons. There were bathrobe and slippers.

The hotel offered several restaurants and bars. There was an excellent lobby with immaculate gardens. They had amazing illuminations by night. A gym and several swimming pools were available.

Breakfast was served in a veranda overlooking the splendid gardens. The breakfast team was magnificent, pleasant and helpful. There was a great selection of food available.

sea view breakfast buffet
The premium double room had a frontal sea view. The view extended over the gardens and down to the sea , and the balcony was a great addition. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of meats , cheeses , and fruits.
The gym had a limited selection of equipment. There were only three treadmills.
