Fantastic Stay with Minor Hiccups

The location offered easy access to both the beach and the marina! I found the bed comfortable. The staff members were always pleasant and smiling, which contributed positively to the atmosphere. I appreciated the useful advice from the representatives.

The shower's temperature fluctuated drastically, shifting between freezing cold and scalding hot. I reported this issue multiple times, but it wasn't resolved until I spoke with the representative. This caused some inconvenience .

Super Beachfront Stay!

The location is directly on the beachfront. access to the boulevard is via a lift. i loved the large bar with lots of seating. everything was organized in the bar. It was super fun!

The air conditioning wasn't working. i was told the room faces south, so the sun heats it enough. the outside air temperature was 14 degrees. Inside, it was maybe 17 degrees!

The staff are great. iman, the entertainment lady, is fantastic. She is funny. she got everyone really working out at the aerobics. the tui reps garry and saul were always on hand. They gave out useful advice.

the location was awesome it gave super easy access to the boardwalk. the staff were friendly and helpful always so polite! though the variety of food was good i found it particularly enjoyable.

the shower had issues it was either freezing cold or scalding hot? i reported it but it wasn't addressed immediately? i also noticed the breakfast options were cold a slight disappointment

the shower was a nightmare!!! the water pressure was practically nonexistent. it trickled out. i also found hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. it just wasn't the clean, refreshing experience i expect, and it definitely detracted from the stay.
