wonderful family stay

fresh breakfast really good cleaning friendly staff diverse activities

the breakfast selection was extensive and fresh everything catered for different tastes. the cleaning service both in the rooms and around the hotel was really good. the staff were very friendly we appreciated their helpfulness. we really enjoyed the pools and activities available for both children and adults it meant there was always something to do

the gym had limited equipment and no water available the air con in the room wasn't very strong

the indoor pool provided a relaxing alternative and the outdoor pool included activities for both adults and children. parking was available though spaces were sometimes limited. the kids' club offered daytime activities my daughter especially liked.

our studio was surprisingly spacious with a side sea view that added to the experience. the cleaning was done regularly and to a very high standard. a studio provided adequate space for our family.

The buffet food had great variety. I also found the staff very helpful. They thought of everything. Evening entertainment was present. The amenities catered well to both kids and adults.

wonderful family vacation

i appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. the receptionist found me an iron. cleaning staff were respectful. a shuttle ran every half hour between 10am and 4pm.

the hill leaving the hotel is steep. i had to walk through the carpark. the smell there was quite bad. there was often rotten food on the floor near the bins.

rooms were always clean. the microwave, cutlery, fridge and kettle added convenience. a drying line was also included in the room. the rooms felt very big.

the hotel provides free access to the spa. there is a kids softplay area by the pool. an on-site soccer pitch exists. i loved the hotel walk to the beach.

fantastic family stay

mini club heated swimming pool flamenco performance enjoyable entertainment

The mini club kept the kids entertained with varied activities and a nightly mini disco. My children particularly adored beny (i think it was the mascot!) and stefi, one of the animators. i found the heated swimming pool especially inviting and relaxing. the evening entertainment included enjoyable flamenco performances and bingo sessions.

i found that the dessert options could use some improvement.

the hotel is conveniently located near the sea, offering easy access by foot. there are shops, atms, and various cafes and bars also located nearby. bus stops are also easily accessible allowing convenient transport to the surrounding area.

the food was surprisingly good, with themed dinners each night (i especially liked spanish night). the variety was nice and the quality was generally high. breakfast included freshly squeezed juice, vegetables, fruits, and hot dishes.

The staff were great. Eva, sophia, and vero from the kids club were wonderful with our children. carlos and guida at reception were always helpful and friendly. the waiting staff were also very accommodating and genuinely sincere.

i found the staff friendly and helpful, which gave the place a lovely feel. the room was spacious with ample storage and everything i needed. cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel, leaving me very grateful.

the breakfast selection remained the same daily, offering limited variety.
