great spread sea view friendly staff faulty shower rude receptionist constant problem

the breakfast had a great spread with plenty of choices. i especially recommend the churros. the entire place was clean, and every staff member was very friendly. the view of the sea and marina from room 1124 was beautiful.

the shower didn't work properly. it was cold, then suddenly boiling, then cold again. it was a constant problem. the receptionist was very dismissive and i felt she was rude.

super clean housekeeping team fresh food central location

I stayed in a beautiful twin sea view room. The super clean housekeeping team made sure EVERYTHING sparkled. Choice of fresh food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel location is VERY central. It is close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

shower issue unconcerned staff

the location was fine.

the showers were a problem. the temperature fluctuated a lot. i was actually burned when it suddenly went boiling hot, then ice cold again. this was a constant issue across several rooms, and i felt staff were unconcerned about a potential safety hazard.

the breakfast buffet was expansive with many choices. daily cleaning was provided! all the staff were helpful, which i appreciated. my room had a lovely frontal sea view from the seventh floor.

the hotel is located in the city, but it takes thirty minutes to drive to malaga.
